Established in 2022, Crew Collective offers a refreshing approach on the recruitment agency structuring.

As we are run by working yacht crew, we have chosen to give back to the crew we represent by giving half of our industry-standard placement fee back to the crew after 6 (six) months onboard. This encourages longevity at no additional cost to the vessel. Additionally, we have an in-depth, insider understanding of your vessel’s unique needs and seek to find the right crew to fulfil them.

We work with some of the industry’s premier crew and aim to match them up with the best programs on the water today.

    A California native with a love for the water and exploration. Paloma has been helping spread the good word since day one and continues to aid in the expansion of Crew Collective’s network within the industry.

    Holding roots in California, Zack is a comfortable below the water as above, arguably more so below. The one with a surplus ideas yet a shortage of attention span, diving headfirst as always, thankfully a team consists of many members.
